Processing & Shipping Info

We are operating as usual and are taking all precautions to maintain a clean and safe environment in our studio work space. Processing and shipping times may be delayed during this time. Current processing time is 2-10 business days. Shipping notifications are emailed as shipping labels are printed and orders are packaged, however, actual shipment may not occur immediately during this time. To avoid exposure, we will no longer do daily drop-offs at the postal office or ship on weekends. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to be dropped off and scanned in once shipping label is created, tracking will update accordingly. If you have an event planned and a strict deadline, please let us know in the "notes" at checkout or contact us ahead of time.

We're working our hardest to provide quick services to you, but we have to be smart and safe. We highly recommend disinfecting the outside of your packages upon arrival or opening with gloves as it's handled by several people during shipping. Thank you for understanding and for your patience.
