All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.
Our items are made to order--a lot of time and energy was spent to hand-make those items just for YOU!
It's the buyer's responsibility to check our shop policies and deadline dates to place order in time. We do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges for late deliveries due to postal carrier delays nor late deliveries for orders placed after the deadline date, without contacting prior to. We are not held responsible for damaged products from being worn or mistreated.
If we made a mistake, we're SO sorry! Contact us within 7 days of delivery and do not remove tags. We will happily resolve any issues on our behalf (ex: wrong item/size was shipped, missing item, quality mishaps, etc.). Email us with your full name, order no. , issue explanation, and photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to work quickly! We accept order cancellations within 24 hours from when the order was placed.
If for any reason the incorrect item or size was purchased, email (not insta DM) us right away! Include the full name on the order, the order #, and the deetz.
