Made To Order Items
These products are made from scratch after the order has been placed. Each product is unique and may vary slightly from product to product. General processing time to make these items can vary anywhere from 2-14 business days (depending on the current volume of orders). Following shipping time to receive the order.
Please order at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Email us before ordering if needed in under 2 weeks- rush order fees may be applicable.
We need time to create and ship out the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to check our deadlines and place orders on time. Any order placed after the deadline is not guaranteed on time delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are ordering past the deadline date to see if we can get it out to you in time-- rush order fees may be applicable.
Ready To Ship Items
These items are pre-made & ready to ship. It takes 1-2 business days to prep and package the order. Following shipping time to receive the order. Any Made To Order items purchased with Ready To Ship items will be shipped together.

Average Shipping Time
Shipping within the United States:
☆ First Class Shipping: 2-6 business days
☆ Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Priority Shipping will not guarantee that your package will be received sooner. Your order will still be processed in the order it was received. This shipping option will only ship quicker once it has been sent out. We always recommend Priority Shipping (especially for larger packages) - since USPS provides insurance through this option.
If for any reason the incorrect address was submitted for the purchase, email (not insta DM) us right away! Include the full name on the order, the order number, and the correct address. We'll get it squared away for you & & email back when we do!
Buyers will receive an email with tracking once the order has been shipped. Buyers may sign up for text notifications for tracking through Shopify and/or USPS. Rave After Rave is not held reliable for any package(s) once it has been shipped out. It's the buyer's responsibility to keep up with tracking once the item has been shipped.
If your tracking says pre-shipment, this means either we have printed the shipping label for your order but haven't shipped it out yet or that it's been dropped off and hasn't been scanned in yet. We always contact buyers with shipping updates if there's a delay in processing times. If we haven't reached out and you're still wondering where your package is, please email us and we'll look into it!
If the tracking shows that the package has been stuck somewhere, unfortunately all we can do is wait. We receive the same information you do through the tracking number and it's out of our hands.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages
Rave After Rave is not held reliable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for shipment-- or to notify us before shipment. We always recommend purchasing with Priority Shipping. Priority packages are insured through USPS-- buyers may receive additional services to recover packages or receive a refund through USPS for any lost, stolen, or damaged package. In this case, the buyer must reach out to USPS.
If your tracking says "delivered" and you haven't received your package, allow up to 3 business days for your package to show up. In some cases the package will get scanned in but it won't be delivered until the next day. In the mean time, get in touch with your neighbors or local USPS office to see if they might have it. USPS can recover or provide refunds for packages covered by Priority Shipping (not First Class Shipping).
It's the buyer's responsibility to check our shop policies and deadline dates to place order in time. We do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges/compensations for late deliveries.
