Made To Order Items

Clothing products are made to order, unless noted otherwise. Each product is unique and may vary slightly from product to product. General processing time to make these items can vary anywhere from 2-14 business days (depending on the current volume of orders). Following shipping time to receive the order.

Please order at least 2 weeks prior to your event. Email us before ordering if needed in under 2 weeks- rush order fees may be applicable. 

We need time to create and ship out the order. It is the buyer's responsibility to check our deadlines and place orders on time. Any order placed after the deadline is not guaranteed on time delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are ordering past the deadline date to see if we can get it out to you in time-- rush order fees may be applicable

 

Ready To Ship Items

These items are pre-made & ready to ship. It takes 1-2 business days to prep and package the order. Following shipping time to receive the order. Any ready to ship items purchased with made to order items will be shipped together. 

 

Custom Orders  

Custom Orders can vary anywhere from 2-14 days and may take even longer depending on the custom order and current volume of orders. Custom order processing times will be discussed between the shop owner and buyer prior to the purchase. Following shipping time to receive the order.

 

Shipping Time 

Shipping within the United States:

     ☆ First Class Shipping: 2-6 business days

     ☆ Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: 

     ☆ Varies anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on location

 

Address Changes

If for any reason the incorrect address was submitted for the purchase, email (not insta DM) us right away! Include the full name on the order, the order #, and the correct address. We'll get it squared away for you & & email back when we do! 

 

Tracking 

Buyers will receive an email with tracking once the order has been shipped. Buyers may sign up for text notifications for tracking through Shopify and/or USPS. Rave After Rave is not held reliable for any package(s) once it has been shipped out. It's the buyer's responsibility to keep up with tracking once the item has been shipped. 

 

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages 

Rave After Rave is not held reliable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address for shipment-- or to notify us before shipment. We always recommend purchasing with Priority Shipping. Priority packages are insured through USPS-- buyers may receive additional services to recover packages or receive a refund through USPS for any lost, stolen, or damaged package. In this case, the buyer must reach out to USPS. Unfortunately, we can not assist you in these cases. 

If your tracking says "delivered" and you have not received your package, allow up to 3 business days for your package to show up. If your package does not show up, check with your neighbors and/or contact your local USPS store location (bring you tracking number to see if they have any additional information). USPS can recover or provide refunds for packages covered by PRIORITY SHIPPING. 

 

Late Packages

It's the buyer's responsibility to check our shop policies and deadline dates to place order in time. We do not offer returns/refunds/exchanges for late deliveries due to postal carrier delays nor late deliveries for orders placed after the deadline date, without contacting prior to.
